Day 1: Arrival & Riverside Retreat
• Arrive at NJP Railway Station: Your cab will be ready to take you through the foothills to the serene banks of the Rangeet River or at Sittong III.
• Stay at Bijanbari/Sittong: Tucked beside the river or perched up in the mountain, this tranquil retreat offers the perfect start to your journey. Let the sound of flowing water, warm local hospitality, and rural charm ease you into the hills.
• Evening: Take a leisurely riverside walk, sip on a cup of Darjeeling tea, and simply unwind amidst nature’s calm.

Day 2: Hidden Trails of Takdah, Tinchuley & Lamahatta

Morning Pickup from the homestay – your scenic mountain drive begins.


  • Takdah & Tinchuley: Takdah Orchid Garden (Closed on Sunday) – Discover rare Himalayan orchids in a peaceful greenhouse setting.
  • Tinchuley Viewpoint – Soak in panoramic views of the surrounding valleys.
  • Lovers’ Meet Viewpoint – Witness the dramatic confluence of the Teesta and Rangeet rivers.
  • Gumbadara / Tinchuley Viewpoint – A quiet gem for light exploration and breathtaking views.

Lamahatta:
• Lamahatta Eco Park & Sacred Lake Walk – A forest trail through pine-scented air leading to a tranquil hilltop lake.
• Evening Check-in: Nomee by Uncharted Retreats
A secluded hideaway in the hills—perfect for rest, journaling, or soaking in the mountain stillness. Enjoy a BBQ or bonfire under the stars (available at additional cost).

Day 3: Darjeeling Dreams
• After breakfast, depart Nomee and drive toward Darjeeling town.

En route sightseeing:
1. Batasia Loop – A famous railway spiral with panoramic Himalayan views.
2. Japanese Peace Pagoda – A serene spot for meditation and mountain vistas.
3. Happy Valley Tea Estate – Wander through lush tea gardens and take in the aroma of fresh leaves.
4. Ghum Monastery – A peaceful visit to one of the oldest Tibetan monasteries in the region.

• Afternoon: Arrive at your Hotel Central Inn, check in, and enjoy your lunch.
• Evening: Stroll along Mall Road—explore cafes like Glenary’s or Keventer’s or Kunga’s, pick up souvenirs, and soak in the town’s charm.

Day 4: Farewell via Mirik
• 8:30 AM Departure from Darjeeling

Scenic stops along the way:
• Gopaldhara Tea Estate – A high-altitude garden with sweeping views and a tea tasting experience.
• Lepchajagat Pine Forest – A serene detour through whispering woods.
• Simana View Point – A final panoramic gaze at the hills before you descend.
• Tingling View Point, Nepal Border and Pashupati Market

  • Check-in & Relax: Settle into your homestay, enjoy traditional Darjeeling tea, and soak in the serene surroundings.
  • Evening Walk & Sunset Views: Walk through the village trails, interact with locals, and witness the mesmerizing sunset over Kanchenjunga.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing & Cultural Immersion
